Yoga with Karina on Wednesdays: 6:30 – 7:15pm

For Karina yoga is synchronicity of mind and body through breath and movement. Karina came to understand this while training for her 1st marathon. Her yoga practice gave her the necessary foundation of conscious breath, mental focus, and increased flexibility. Yoga never stops revealing impactful lessons- this became evident once she committed to a daily practice. After years of a consistent practice she trained to become a yoga teacher. Teacher training gave her a deeper understanding of the benefits of yoga. In her classes Karina likes to focus on alignment, breath work, core strength, and promotes body awareness. She’ll give options, variations and the breakdown of poses. Expect to be challenged along with time for silence and meditation. Karina’s classes are accessible to every level of student. Her energy will keep you uplifted and engaged. Karina believes yoga is an every BODY life long necessity.
Karina is a fashion designer, art teacher, polyglot, yoga teacher, a mom of 3. She’s a fan of the outdoors, travel, art, and food! She shares her love and passion on Instagram @kf_oroyoga

Yoga with Moriah on Saturdays: 10:30 – 11:30am

Yoga has shared an intimate role in more than half of Moriah’s life. She was introduced to the practice in her early teens as a way of balancing out her workout routine, little did she know she was to discover a new way to balance her life. Through the many crossroads, challenge and hardship yoga has always been. Moriah wanted to share all that yoga has given her by aspiring to inspire on and off the mat. She always knew her life’s purpose was to heal and serve others and found passion within holistic health and wellness. Passion met purpose in early 2017 when Moriah began her journey of becoming a teacher of yoga whilst earning her RYT- 200 Hour certification through the Yoga Alliance; not more than a year later in 2018 she immersed herself in a 30 hour continuing education course specified to the knowledge and practice of Yin Yoga where she found her muse. Moriah enjoys fusing her classes with all that she has absorbed over the years, creating a strong sense of freedom to move within your own body and the deep roots of which her lineages came from her studies of yoga to make for an extraordinary experience.
